| Event Information | Cause : After it is added to Blackberry Manager, a Blackberry device user account cannot complete the enterprise activation process. When this occurs, the application log in the Microsoft Windows Event Viewer displays the following messages: According to News Group : I was getting this event approximately every 10 minutes for 3 users. After a little looking around, I discovered that those user�s mailboxes had been deleted. I removed them from the BES, ran handhelpcleanup.exe and all was good. |
