Event Information | According to News group : Cause : A communications error exists between the BlackBerry device user's mailbox and the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Resolution: The issue might be resolved using the steps listed below. Resolultion1: Ensure that the Microsoft Exchange mail server is fully functional and that the information store where the BlackBerry device user mailbox resides is online. Resolution2: Verify permissions are set properly for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server service account. See KB02276 for more information. Resolution 3: If the BlackBerry device user's mailbox was moved to a different Microsoft Exchange Server or mailbox store, review KB00142 for more information. Resolution4 : f the BlackBerry Enterprise Server or the BlackBerry services were restarted, reset the connection to the Microsoft Exchange mail server. Note Restarting the BlackBerry Enterprise Server delays message delivery to BlackBerry wireless devices. |
