This event is generated whenever such a check is made and the Agent was found to have stopped and the attempted restart too failed. Resolution: This is a serious event and requires immediate attention. It means that the EventTracker Agent on this specified system has stopped and the restart attempts have failed. You could perform the following steps 1. Go to the specific system and try to restart the EventTracker Agent service. 2. In case step 1 fails, the immediately contact support@prismmicrosys.com with the details and the debug log (etalog.txt) files of that specific Agent.
