| Event Information | Explanation: This Error event is logged when a Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) copy operation is stopped. This event indicates that the VSS software or hardware provider of the VSS solution has returned the Abort state. When the Abort state is reported, ESE performs the corresponding operation and logs ESE Error event 2007. User Action: To resolve this event, do one or more of the following: 1. Make sure that you are using the latest hardware and software recommended by your VSS application vendor.2. Make sure that you are running the latest Microsoft® Windows® and Microsoft Exchange Server updates for VSS. 3. In Event Viewer, examine the Application log and System log for relevant event messages. These event messages may provide additional information about the underlying issue. |
