| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This Error event indicates that the Microsoft Exchange IMAP4 (MSExchangeIMAP4) service skipped a message because Microsoft® Exchange Server 2007 was unable to convert the message from MAPI to MIME format. When this error occurs, users who access their e-mail by using an IMAP4 client cannot retrieve the specified message. Resolution : To resolve the error, follow one or more of these steps: Notify the affected user to retrieve the message by using Microsoft Office Outlook® Web Access or by using a MAPI client such as Microsoft Outlook. |
