| Event Information | This error occurs if a pattern file is corrupted or not present in the "\ISNTSmtp" directory of IMSS. RESOLUTION: Resolve this issue by replacing the pattern file in the \IMSS\ISNTSmtp\ folder. The pattern file is named as lpt$vpn.xxx, where xxx stands for the version number. 1) Replace the pattern file using the following procedure: 2) Download the latest pattern file. 3) Extract the lpt$vpn.xxx file in the \IMSS\ISNTSmtp\ folder. 4) Restart the Trend Micro InterScan Messaging Security Suite service. This procedure eliminates the issue and reloads the Trend Micro InterScan Messaging Security Suite service. |
