| Event Information | Cause: A heart-beat event indicating that the EventTracker Manager Console has been launched and has successfully connected to the EventTracker Manager service. This event occurs whenever a Manager Console is launched. This event also ensures that a Manager Console does not come up with an empty event log view. Resolution: No user action required. The event only indicates that the EventTracker Manager Console has been launched and has successfully connected to the EventTracker Manager service. In case your Manager Console comes up empty, without at least this event, then there is a problem either with the Manager Console or the EventTracker Manager service.
