| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when an error occurred while de-spooling the file. Resolution : Retry printing The print spooler will retry printing until the document prints successfully. If the document fails to print, cancel the print job and then retry printing the document. Verify : To verify that you resolved the problem, print the document again to a shared printer that uses the Line Printer Daemon (LPD) service. This tests printing using the Line Printer Remote (LPR) service on the client computer. |
