| Event Information | Cause: A heart-beat event indicating that the EventTracker Viewer has successfully connected to the EventTracker Manager service. This event occurs whenever a Viewer is launched. This event also ensures that a viewer does not come up with an empty event log view. Resolution: No user action required. The event only indicates that the EventTracker Viewer has successfully connected to the EventTracker Manager service. In case your viewer comes up empty, without at least this event, then there is a problem either with the Viewer or the EventTracker Manager service.
