| Event Information | "According to Microsoft : CAUSE A management object could not retrieve information about a Remote Environment. This failure may indicate that information in the registry has been corrupted or lost, or that resources may be temporarily unavailable. RESOLUTION Close all applications. Start the COMTI Manager. Navigate to the My Computer item in the Microsoft Transaction Server folder and perform a Shut Down Server Processes command. Select the Remote Environments folder. If the COMTI Manager reports the presence of corrupted Remote Environment descriptions, review the information in the NT Event Log for messages providing more detailed information about the problem. If necessary, delete and create new Remote Environment descriptions. " |
