DescriptionThe description for Event ID ( 20000 ) in Source ( BlackBerry Messaging Agent Agent 1 ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: [BIPP] (_001) Unable to initialize secure connection: Error in CryptAcquireContext(open/create): 80090016.
Event InformationAccording to Black Berry Support:
Cause :
The AppData String Value is either blank or incorrect.
Workaround :
Verify that the AppData String Value entry is present and correct.
1.Open the Registry Editor by clicking Start > Run. Type regedit, then click OK
2.Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
3.Double-click AppData.
4.In the Value data field, type %USERPROFILE%\Application Data and click OK
Note :Make sure there are no additional characters or spaces in the Value data field entry.
5.Close the Registry Editor, then restart the BlackBerry Dispatcher.
