| Event Information | According to Novell Resolution: Here are things to check: 1. Check the local PLUS ANONYMOUS and PLUS_AGENT to see if the are locked. 2. Check the Update Server to see if the PLUS ADMINS Group has full control of the update server directory, and has full control. 3. During the install of the Agent, make sure you are using the correct Serial Number, and its typed in UPPERCASE. 4. Make sure the time is set correctly on the server. |
