Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This Error event indicates that Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access did not initialize because the forms registry folder referenced in the event description does not exist. The forms registry folder contains files that you must have to display an item or folder referenced in an Outlook Web Access HTTP request. If the required forms registry folders or files do not exist, users cannot access their mailbox using Outlook Web Access. Resolution: To resolve this error, replace the forms registry folder with the default folder on the Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 DVD. Follow these steps:
