| Event Information | According to Microsoft: An IBM Lotus Notes user sends an e-mail message that contains a Lotus Notes DocLink to a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 user. When the Exchange Server 2003 user replies to the message, the Lsntsmex.exe process crashes. A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix. |
