Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause: This event occurs if, when you try to add an address of type Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) to the default recipient policy, you use an incorrectly formatted entry. For example, if you typeEXAMPLE.COMinstead of @EXAMPLE.COMthis event will be logged. Also, in Exchange System Manager, you may receive the following error message: This e-mail address is not valid. To view details of the error, see the application event log in the Windows Event Viewer on the Microsoft Exchange Server computer.
