| Event Information | According to BUSINESS OBJECTS : CAUSE: This error was caused by the deletion of the Microsoft Outlook profile used for the NT user account that was configured to run the 'Info Outlook Server' service. RESOLUTION: To resolve this error: 1. Log on manually to the Windows NT 4.0 computer (where the Info Outlook Server component resides) as the NT user account that is configured for use with the 'Info Outlook Server' service. 2. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel. Then, click 'Mail'. 3. Create a new profile or select another existing Outlook profile to use as the default for Microsoft Outlook. Click 'OK'. 4. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel. Then, click 'Services'. 5. Re-start the 'Info Outlook Service' and now it starts successfully. |
