SQL AND Windows Authentication is activated on the SQL server. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------. This information from some newsgroups may help you: The way I did it originally was to install SQL Express 2008 on another machine and use the "Import and Export Data Wizard" to pull the data across as a backup. When the new build was ready I did a back up of the one I pulled into SQL Express 2008, then restored it into a new database on the new SQL 2008 build. So in a roundabout way, I did skip 2005 althogether. If that could be the cause of the problems, I will look into doing the 2-step upgrade. |
