Event Information | Windows 20003:When the Snaprint.exe program runs, the current printing thread stops printing. (The printing thread can process up to 30 print jobs at the same time.) When the print jobs stop, you may receive the following message: The GDI routine ExtTextOut has returned an error to the SNA Virtual Print Driver. Error returned: 0 Print session: PRT03. Device context: 52495112. Job name: SNA Print Job on session PRT03 - Printing to file"\\jeansevt\traces\soukehal\prt03" Output file name (if re-directed to file): "\\jeansevt\traces\soukehal\prt03" Recovery action has to be performed in order to restart printing (from service restart, to system reboot) Event ID 19 may be logged in the application log. WindowsNT: a) After you restart your computer running Windows NT, printer shares on your computer may no longer be available to other users. Then Event log may contain event 19. b) When you view the Printers folder, it may be empty, and this may occur even though printers are installed. Also, you may receive the following error message in Event Viewer: Event ID 19: Sharing printer failed, printer name\print share. |
