DescriptionUser does not have a mailbox. Please create a mailbox for the user using Microsoft(R) Exchange Active Directory Users and Computers MMC snap-in. After you create a mailbox for the user, the user must then access this mailbox using a client such as Outlook(R) or Outlook Web Access.
Event InformationAccording to Microsoft :
CAUSE :
This event indicates that either the user does not have a mailbox or has not previously accessed the mailbox using Outlook or Outlook Web Access (OWA).

SOLUTION :
Use Active Directory Users and Computers to create a mailbox, or request that the user log on to the mailbox using Outlook or Outlook Web Access before attempting to use Outlook Mobile Access.
