Description 2:SuperSocket Info: (SPNRegister) : Error 1355
Event InformationThe cause of this event is related to SQL Server trying to register with Active Directory. If there is no Active Directory environment or if the server SQL 2000 is running on is in a workgroup then this event will continue to appear. Possible causes include:
1. There is no Active Directory Configured.
2. The Service that SQL Server is using doesnt have the required rights. (Possibly give the account domain admin rights).
3. The SQL server can not locate a DC.

This provider will be run using the LocalSystem account. This account is privileged and the provider may cause a security violation if it does not correctly impersonate user requests.
This may occur because of security. Ensure that provider has been reviewed for security behavior and update the HostingModel property of the provider registration to an account with the least privileges possible for the required functionality.
its the security privileges not being set properly in WMI Management.To do this ,Follow this instruction
Go to Start>Run, type wmimgmt.msc, right click "WMI Control (Local)", select Properties. Go to the security tab, expand "Root" and select RSOP. Click Security and set permissions as needed.
