Event Information According to Microsoft :

Cause :

This event is logged when document owned timed out while printing.

Resolution :

Check the printer and driver, and then retry printing

To resolve this error:
  1. Confirm that the printer is turned on and plugged into the network or into the correct port on the print server.
  2. Confirm that the printer is using the correct driver and port. To do this, open Control Panel , open the Printers folder, right-click the printer you want to use, click Properties , and then use the options on the Advanced and Ports tabs.
  3. Retry printing the document without applying time restrictions (schedules) to the print job, if applicable.
Verify :

To verify that the print server is functioning properly, retry printing and then inspect the printed document to confirm that it printed correctly.

Note : If the print server logs spooler information events, Windows logs Print Spooler Event 10 after each successful printing operation.
