| Event Information | Confirm the problem is not because of license problem, by checking in NT
application log. Then if there is no problem with license follow the steps given
below. 1. In services, make sure inoculateit server service is set to automatic and InoculateTI e-mail server is set to manual. After server service starts it should make a call to inoculate it exchange agent to start. 2. Check the mailbox account used to install the exchange option, it should not hidden. 3. Then try to send and receive mails from this mail box. 4. If you are still facing the problem go for reinstall the exchange option. |
