Description | A new BITS job could not be created. The current job count for this computer (%2) is equal to or greater than the per-computer job limit (%3) specified through Group Policy. To correct the problem, complete or cancel the BITS jobs that have not made progress by looking at the error and restarting the BITS service. If this error recurs, contact your system administrator and increase the per-computer Group Policy job limits. |
Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when a new BITS job could not be created. Resolution : Modify the per-user job limit Group Policy setting To resolve this issue, do the following:
To change Group Policy settings for a domain or an organizational unit (OU), you must be logged on as a member of the Domain Admins, Enterprise Admins , or the Group Policy Creator Owners group, or have been delegated the appropriate control over Group Policy.
