| Event Information | The Citrix XML Service is not properly configured for the correct port by the Citrix MetaFrame Conferencing Manager Configuration tool. The port number can be verified in the Citrix Management Console under the Server > Properties > MetaFrame XP Settings tab or (if not sharing with IIS) under the registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CtxHttp – Value: TcpPort. The Citrix XML Service is stopped or not responding. RESOLUTION: Repair/resolve the Conferencing Manger Configuration or Citrix XML Service issues. In the Properties of the Farm, under MetaFrame or MetaFrame XP settings uncheck the box “Enable XML Service DNS address resolution”. |
