Event Information | According to Microsoft Cause: As a result of this event, DHCP anti-poising intrusion detection mechanism is currently disabled on this network adapter. Resolution: Use the IPConfig utility to check if there is more than one network adapter using the same MAC Address. For best security practice, when the DHCP anit-poising intrusion detection mechanism is disabled, you should not use a VLAN-tagged environment with DCHP on unsecured networks. |
