Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : The specified database file might be corrupted due to formatting or syntax errors. Resolution : Open the file with a text editor and check the specified line: 1. In Windows Explorer, go to the Systemroot\System32\Dns folder. 2. Double-click the specified file, and then select Notepad to open it. 3. Edit the line in which the error exists. Look for formatting and syntax errors as well as missing data. 4. Save and close the database file 5. Stop and restart DNS. |
