The user who is running migration might not have write permissions to the import container in Active Directory. 2. The global catalog might be unavailable. 3 .The Windows domain controller might have shut down. User Action : Verify and obtain the proper permissions for the user running migration. Verify that the global catalog is available, and then restart the domain controller. |
