Event Information | According to Microsoft: Cause: The cluster network MAC address is not in the following form xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx, where x is a hexadecimal value. Leading zeroes are optional. User Action : To change the MAC address to a valid form, in Network Load Balancing Manager (NLB), open the Properties dialog box for this NLB cluster. If the Network address text box on the Cluster Parameters tab is available, NLB is set up for manual configuration of the network address and you should change the address to a correct MAC address. If the Network address text box is not available (it is dimmed), then NLB is configured to calculate the MAC address automatically and there is a problem doing so. |
