| Description | The Unity MTA file cleanup thread could not be initialized. |
| Event Information | According To Cisco: When unidentified callers leave a message, the Unity Message Repository saves a WAV file containing the message and an associated TXT file to the UnityMTA directory. If either the WAV file or the associated TXT file is missing, the Unity MTA file cleanup thread moves the orphaned file to the failed directory. The orphaned files will not be moved until the Unity MTA file cleanup thread is initialized. To diagnose the problem, start the Unity Diagnostic Tool, enable all the micro traces for the AvUMRSyncSvr service, restart it, and then examine the logs. If the problem persists, report it to Cisco TAC and include the diagnostic logs. |
