| Event Information | According to Microsoft: EXPLANATION: This error message occurs when Exchange first encounters a problem with moving a message across a network. If the problem is not severe enough that it can not be recovered from, then this is the only information provided in the Application Log. If the connection cannot be recovered, then the 9316/ 9318 warnings may appear, indicating that message delivery has failed. USER ACTION: Although this error is probably not severe, this problem is likely the cause of Network Connectivity. If these symptoms are observed, troubleshoot the network. |
