| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when virtual machine failed to delete snapshot because it is specified as the automatic recovery snapshot for virtual machine. Resolution : Ensure that autorecovery snapshot is not attempted to be deleted Disable any mechanism that tries to delete the autorecovery snapshot. A snapshot in Hyper-V is a file-based snapshot of the state, disk data, and configuration of a virtual machine at a specific point in time. Verify : The snapshot operation succeeds when retried. |
