According to Microsoft : CAUSE : This event is usually caused by a disk I/O failure, insufficient memory, or an internal error. SOLUTION : Identify the reason for cache failure by examining previous recorded events, and by looking at the error code. Check that the disk is connected and that it is not corrupt. |
