| Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause This event is logged when cannot add device while the virtual machine is running. Resolution Turn off virtual machine to add device The device cannot be added when the virtual machine is turned on. Turn Off the virtual machine, and then add the device. Verify The operation on the virtual machine that was failing now succeeds. |
