Event Information | According to Microsoft : Resolution : Enable packet scheduler To perform this procedure, you must have membership in Administrators , or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. To enable packet scheduler: 1. Click Control Panel , double-click Network and Sharing Center , and then click Manage network connections . 2. Right-click the network interface you want to change, and then click Properties . 3.Select QoS Packet Scheduler to enable it, and then click OK . Verify : You can verify traffic shaping by using Performance Monitor. To perform this procedure, you must have membership in Administrators , or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. To run Performance Monitor: 1.Click Start , click All Programs , click Accessories , right-click Command Prompt , and then click Run as administrator . 2. Type perfmon , and then press ENTER. 3.Click Continue when prompted by User Account Control, and then provide the administrator password, if requested. 4.In the Performance Monitor console tree, click Performance Monitor . 5.Right-click the graph, and then click Add Counters . 6.Scroll to the Pacer Flow counters. 7.If the Pacer Flow counters are available, then traffic is being shaped. |
