Event Information | According to Microsoft : Resolution : Enable packet scheduler To perform this procedure, you must have membership in Administrators, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. To enable packet scheduler: 1.Click Control Panel, double-click Network and Sharing Center, and then click Manage network connections. 2.Right-click the network interface you want to change, and then click Properties. 3.Select QoS Packet Scheduler to enable it, and then click OK. Verify : You can verify traffic shaping by using Performance Monitor. To perform this procedure, you must have membership in Administrators, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. To run Performance Monitor: 1.Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. 2.Type perfmon, and then press ENTER. 3.Click Continue when prompted by User Account Control, and then provide the administrator password, if requested. 4.In the Performance Monitor console tree, click Performance Monitor. 5.Right-click the graph, and then click Add Counters. 6.Scroll to the Pacer Flow counters. 7.If the Pacer Flow counters are available, then traffic is being shaped. |
