Event Information | According to Cisco: Resolution: This error comes in groups showing all the objects in the database that share the conflicting extension number. This most often means you have multiple Unity servers in the same dialing domain and you have overlapping extensions between them that came about as a result of replication lag. Normally the Unity SA will not allow the addition of a call handler or subscriber that conflicts with another extension, however if a Unity server is added to a dialing domain and it’s existing subscriber IDs conflict with those on other Unity servers in the dialing domain it can result in this problem. To run down the conflicting extensions, run dbWalker version 3.0.30 or later. |
