Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when Switch tear down failed in Hyper-V. Resolution : Check virtual switch state Check the environment, including prior event logs. Ensure that the switch is not being referenced at this point by any operation that has not yet completed against the switch, and then delete the switch again. Verify : The user is able to succesfully create and manage virtual switches through the user interface (UI) as well as through the WMI interface. |
