According to Microsoft : CAUSE : Authentication failed. A chained proxy server requires proxy-to-proxy authentication. The credentials that were supplied for proxy-to-proxy authentication were incorrect. SOLUTION : Verify that the authentcation credentials are correct, and then try again. |
