| Event Information | According to Microsoft Cause: The performance counters can only start if the Firewall service is running. Resolution: Start the Firewall service. To to this, in the console tree of ISA Server Management, click Monitoring, and then click the Services tab. In the details pane, select the Firewall service, then in the Tasks tab, click Start. |
