According to Microsoft : CAUSE : The performance counters can only start if the Firewall service is running SOLUTION : Start the Firewall service. To to this, in the console tree of ISA Server Management, click Monitoring, and then click the Services tab. In the details pane, select the Firewall service, then in the Tasks tab, click Start. |
