| Event Information | According to Altiris: Cause: Such errors will appear in the application event log of the Recovery Solution Server in a scenario when previous snapshot connection was interrupted (due to network problem) during backup of the file. Resolution: Hotfix includes new binaries for both Recovery Solution Server and Recovery Agent.AeXVault.exe and binaries DCRawData.dll, DSAdmin.dll, dsconnpool.dll, DSFile.dll, dsrawdata.dll, EventReport.dll, jobqueue.dll and ServerJobs.dll should be applied to the Recovery Solution Server at %Program Files%\Altiris\Recovery Solution\Server. Following is the process for placing the hotfix on the Recovery Solution Server: 1. Stop Recovery Solution Server Service. 2. Place new binaries on %Program Files%\Altiris\Recovery Solution\Server. 3. Restart the Recovery Solution Server Service.Binary VolAgent.dll should be applied to the client machine at %Program Files%\Altiris\eXpress\Client Recovery Agent. Following is the process for placing the hotfix on the client machine with Recovery Agent installed: 1. Stop Recovery Agent Service. 2. Place the new VolAgent.dll binary to %Program Files%\Altiris\eXpress\Client Recovery Agent. 3. Restart Recovery Agent Service. |
