| Event Information | An attachment to a message for a Lotus cc:Mail user could not be converted to Exchange format. Verify that the code page settings and address space settings are correct, and then try to convert the attached message again. To determine which code pages are installed on your computer, double-click the Regional Options icon in Control Panel, and on the General tab, click Advanced. If the required code page file is missing, click the checkbox for the page. |
