In Exchange 2000, MTA relies on the Categorizer to interface with the Active Directory. USER ACTION: Check the Event Viewer for error and warning events related to the Active Directory. Use Network Monitor to capture network traces, then view these traces from Network Monitor for any network issue. Stop and restart the Routing Engine. |
