Description | The File Replication Service cannot replicate i:\priority images because the pathname of the customer designated staging directory: e:\frs-staging is not the fully qualified pathname of an exiting, accessible local directory. |
Event Information | Here is some information from news group posts. 1)When you get this error in the event viewer, verify that the SYSVOL share is pointing to the right directory on your server. If you had to recover AD from backup, the share may be lost. Recreating the share and pointing it to the right path will resolve this issue. Don’t forget to reboot the server after you make the change. 2) had this happen when my main 2000 server went down. The solution is to create the staging folder along with another folder of your domain name in the "staging" folder, i.e. "c:\winnt\sysvol\staging\<your domain name>". |
