| Event Information | CAUSEThis problem is caused when the “totalsensedatabyte” string is added to the Cpqkgpsa.sys and hp2300.sys drivers to deliver extended sense data. RESOLUTION A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. Following information from newsgroup may help: "You can solve this problem. Go to control panel and remove SCSI information from it or u can remove the HP Management agen,then you will never see it again. because I try it, and worked 100%." |
