Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: The SNA Host Account Cache (SnaDatabase) service fails to obtain the Windows NT or Windows 2000 domain name prior to validating the length of the domain name. This results in the event 1301 messages and the failure to update the users Windows NT or Windows 2000 password. RESOLUTION: Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Host Integration Server 2000. This problem was first corrected in Host Integration Server 2000 Service Pack 1.To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Host Integration Server 2000. |
