value as follows. This value indicates the number of milliseconds to wait before
starting the service: Add value: DelayStart Type: DWORD Minimum value: 1000 (decimal = 1 second) Maximum value: FFFFFFFF (hex = 4294967 seconds) Default decimal data value: 1000 or 45000 if you see the above message You may want to modify this value if you want the RSM service to start more quickly. This value is located in the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\NTMS Removable Storage Manager (RSM) makes it easy to manage online libraries (such as changers and jukeboxes) and track removable tapes and disks. RSM facilitates communication between removable-media storage systems and data management programs, such as Windows Backup and Remote Storage Service (RSS).
