starting the service: Add value: DelayStart Type: DWORD Minimum value: 1000 (decimal = 1 second) Maximum value: FFFFFFFF (hex = 4294967 seconds) Default decimal data value: 1000 or 45000 if you see the above message You may want to modify this value if you want the RSM service to start more quickly.
