Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when VirtualSystemIdentifier conflicts with another adapter in virtual machine. Resolution : Change Virtual System Identifier of the NIC The VirtualSystemIdentifier of the virtual machine NIC is not unique. Turn Off the virtual machine and set the VirtualSystemIdentifier using the scripted WMI process you used to set the property. Alternatively, delete the NIC, create a new one, and then restart the virtual machine. Note: Turning off a virtual machine is equivalent to powering off a computer, so data loss is possible. Verify : The virtual machine starts and runs network operations without any problems. |
