| Event Information | When you start your Windows 2000-based computer, you may receive the following error message: At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use Event Viewer to examine the event log for details. The System Log in Event Viewer may have this EventID. This entry may be followed by additional 7002, 7003 and 7022 entries.</p> <p>CAUSE: This issue can occur if the Client for Microsoft Networks is not installed. RESOLUTION: To install the Client for Microsoft Networks: Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Network and Dial-up Connections. Click Local Area Connection, and then click Properties on the File menu. Click Install. Click Clients, click Add, click Client for Microsoft Networks, and then click OK. |
