Event Information | According To Cisco: The MWI ON Extension setting is often, this condition can occur when the MWI ON Extension setting is entered incorrectly in Cisco Unity or Cisco CallManager. This condition may also occur if the MWI ON Extension setting conflicts with another extension in the network or cannot be dialed from Cisco Unity. However, this condition can happen occasionally as part of normal operation, and the MWI request will be retried. If the MWI status remains unchanged for an extended period of time, or if there are many of these warnings from Cisco Unity in a short period of time, there may be an MWI misconfiguration or another problem. |
